Clark and Associates, Inc., a full service engineering firm, has two offices in Western North Carolina. The original office is located in the Foothills area known as Hickory and was opened in 1994, when G. Cecil Clark, PE retired from the public sector after serving 28 years as the Public Works Director for the City of Hickory. A second office is located in Asheville. Between the two offices, the firm has performed work in several of the western counties, including, Catawba, Iredell, Watauga, Caldwell, and Madison. The firm has been providing design services to developers, builders and municipalities since the company’s inception.

The firm has been involved in numerous residential and commercial developments including the design of:

* Wastewater systems consisting of public utility connections, low pressure sewage pump systems, dedicated septic fields, drip irrigation, and package plants.
